Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead / Technical Manager to oversee multiple projects and teams while working with a diverse technology stack, including .NET Core, React.js, Node.js, Vue.js, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, and DevOps tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage client interactions, project deliveries, and team performance.

Job Description

• Technical Leadership & Strategy: Guide teams in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using various technology stacks.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage multiple development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Architecture & Design: Define and enforce best practices, design patterns, and scalable architectures for enterprise applications.
• Client Handling: Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Implement DevOps best practices, ensuring smooth deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, and AWS.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with QA, UI/UX, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.

Technical Skills

Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, React.js, Node.js, Vue.js.
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases like SQL Server & MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Familiarity with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines.

Leadership & Management:

• Experience managing multiple teams and handling cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-handling experience, with the ability to translate business needs into technical implementations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualification

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with third-party integrations like Firebase, Stripe, or Twilio.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of design patterns, dependency injection, and JavaScript
• Management of Linux Server and Commands
• Certifications in AWS, PMP, or Agile methodologies.

Education

• Masters/bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
