We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer to design, develop, and optimize web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving best practices, and ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend technologies.

Job Description

• Architect & Develop scalable web and mobile applications using React, React Native, Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Lead & Mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and high-quality standards.
• Design APIs & Microservices that integrate effectively with frontend and mobile applications.
• Optimize Performance by improving database queries, caching strategies, and frontend rendering techniques.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to implement user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
• Ensure Security & Scalability by following best practices in authentication, authorization, and database management.
• Manage DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines for seamless deployment and monitoring.
• Stay Updated with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development.

Technical Skills

• Frontend: React, React Native, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL (optional)
• State Management: Redux, Vuex, Context API
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• Testing: Jest, Mocha, Cypress, React Testing Library
• Deployment & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, CI/CD pipelines
• Mobile Development: React Native, Expo

Preferred Qualification

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with third-party integrations like Firebase, Stripe, or Twilio.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Education
